A list of things that might be making weight loss harder for you

A few things that have crept into everyday life, that reduce how much physical activity we do, reduce the amount of energy we burn, making fat loss, weight loss, body composition change more difficult than it needs to be

car trips to the supermarket – why drive if South Woodford Sainsbury’s is a 5-10 min walk away
online food shopping
amazon (or any online shopping)
having a cleaner
having one of those automatic hoovers
having a dog walker – Epping Forest is on your doorstep
elevators
escalators
taxis for walkable trips
buses for walkable trips
seats on the tube – especially if you are out towards Buckhurst Hill and Loughton…more standing ..more calories burnt
sitting for a job all day – city workers take note
computers games/ consoles
tv programmes
tv remote even (thank you 
Kristel for that one)
handymen doing manual stuff for you
decorators
gardeners

can you add anything to the list

anything you do that removes the need to walk, move, get off your backside, play or generally be active

then we can work on removing the ones that affect us the most

dont freak out….we can keep the tv remotes
