The Last Health & Fitness New Year’s Resolution You Will Make?

As we come to the year end, most of you will review your year, over a drink or 2
Did your job progress as you hoped?
How did your love life progress?
What about your health? ..Fitness? ..Weight loss?

Its the same for me, how have I done with MY health and fitness goals, where am I in how I planned the year to go?

Has the business done what i wanted it to do?

When reviewing the past it usually opens up the options for going forward, plans that you might still have to put into place Things that didn’t quite work out and things that need changing

And given that in approximately 4 weeks time most people will be sitting down, perhaps nursing a little headache, slightly bloated from the whole festive holiday period and planning 2016 it might be a good thing to have a quick think about now

Its on this front that what i’m planning for the following year may be of help…

Im sure that, as most with most people, getting healthier, fitter, maybe losing some pounds, doing an obstacle race or something along these lines will be on that list

And for me I want to reach more people and help those that maybe i haven’t had a chance yet

Spread the reach, help more people improve their health and well being

And to do that we have to make some more options available

I know not everyone can afford the service i offer at home or convenient to you.

Its a premium service but the price is set due to the work required However there are other ways and these are what will be offered alongside the 1:1 service going forward

HYBRID PERSONAL TRAINING

This is hybrid between normal 1:1 training and online personal training.

We meet up as usual, discuss your needs, goals, and set targets but the difference being you only train on a 1:1 basis every 2-4 weeks.

In the meantime, you workout from a programme that has been designed specifically for you, with the tools you have (or with a package I help put together), in your own time and space, using the knowledge you gained from the time we spend together 1:1.

When we meet again, we change things up, make sure you have everything under control and off you go again with your new plan for the next period.

As standard you will get a nutritional plan for the programme and a weekly check-in so we can make sure you are on track, change things if needs be and keep motivation levels high.

This reduces the cost incurred compared to complete 1:1 packages but with the same excellent programming and support

UNLIMITED SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

This is a brand new baby that myself and 2 other well experienced pt’s are putting together as we speak ready to roll out for January.

The clue is all in the title…

Small groups - under 6 people, so you will still get that close interaction with a p.t to watch what you are doing, correct you, assist in any technique, help push you, motivate you and to make the sessions fun

You will have a completely personalised package, specific to what you want to get out of the programme, any mobility/ rehab/ weakness issue you may have and previous exercise experience.

You will be doing exercises and sessions you never thought youd be able to, working to your individual goals but in a small team at the same time, often in pairs to help each other out

Youll be part of a small community, like minded individuals, on the same path, same programme, working in the same environment and as a team to increase motivation, adherence and therefore guarantee great results

Its unlimited - (ok ok there’s small print here but only in that you can only train once per day mostly for the small group workout, sometimes you could do 2 if you include the group sessions but we doubt you will either want to or be able to).

We are running multiple daily sessions from 2 locations in SOUTH WOODFORD & WOODFORD…you can pick any session and book in…5 days a week plus you have access to the toughguy training group session and a bootcamp on the weekend…plus we plan to add odd, one off, fun, different sessions specific to our skills to get you outside of your comfort zone…boxing, kettlebells or strongman training

Nutrition coaching – we will walk you through the package making easy to manage, small changes, that will yield great results that wont impact your life, cause upset or drastically change your eating preferences

8/12 week packages – this is a great amount of time to make a huge difference given your training frequency possibilities.

You will also be educated constantly so that when you have finished, got some amazing results and are done..you maintain them, don’t faulter and know how to continue healthily for life!!

These both offer a brilliant and cost effective way of ensuring the same high standards, using scientific, and evidence based process for maximum results, providing regular interaction and support to provide the framework for goals to be easily achieved.

Both of these options are going to be at a special price for January if you book before the end of the year…..
