Fathers day workout for you:
20 throwing your child dangerously high in to the air and catching them (whilst partner freaks out)
10 swinging them through your legs (avoiding contact with the crown jewels)
5 spinning them in a circle by their hand and foot ( both directions) avoiding spinning off and going through the garden fence
2 monster noise sprints chasing them (giving them a head start of course)
can add tickling until they cry to ensure speed of chase
10 kid bicep curls for the dad guns of course
2 over the shoulder fireman’s carry up the stairs
10 Princess horsey ride press ups
Repeat until they bring you a beer or they throw up!!
